At Sahan LTD, we believe in a clear and transparent recruitment journey that helps candidates understand what to expect at every stage. Our hiring process is structured to identify skilled professionals, ensure quality standards, and provide a fair opportunity for every applicant.
1.Job Posting
- Job is posted with clear job description, responsibilities, requirements, and preferred qualifications
- Candidates apply for the posting and applications are assessed
2. Application Review
- Check candidates resume
- Check candidates resume
- Ensure resumes highlight relevant experience, language proficiency, and any other certifications
3. Initial Screening
- Schedule candidates for initial phone interview to assess English language proficiency
- If proficiency is acceptable, schedule candidate for mock interview which can be held over the phone or in-person
4. In-Person/Virtual Interview
- Mock interview where candidate’s proficiency in English and target language are tested
- A mock interview is a role-play interview. It involves 2 individuals and the candidate. Individual 1 act as the native English speaker, individual 2 acts as the target language speaker, and the candidate interprets the conversation between individual 1 and individual 2
- The mock assesses accuracy and completeness of interpretation, ability to handle technical terms, note-taking skills
5. Paid training
- If a candidate passes the mock interview, they will be scheduled for a 3-week paid training
- The training is full-time, and the candidate is expected to be present, excel, and pass the training assessment at the end of the training to get the job offer.
6. Job Offer
If a candidate passes the training, a job offer letter is sent to the candidate with:
- Position description and details
- Compensation explanation
- Responsibilities
- Work schedule
- Conditions of employment
- Acceptance confirmation
